Persona 4 Remake reveal date is coming very soon, claims renowned leaker

Persona is one the biggest and most popular JRPG franchises alongside Final Fantasy. Everyone is waiting with baited breath for the grand reveal of Persona 6, but recently we were treated to a remake of Persona 3, which has fans hopeful Persona 4 Golden is receiving the same treatment, too. While nothing has been announced by Atlus, there are numerous reports about a remake in-development, and now a renowned leaker has claimed the Persona 4 Remake reveal date is very soon.

Leaker shares Persona 4 Remake reveal date

Often-reliable Xbox and Game Pass leaker, extas1s, has recently claimed that the much-rumored Persona 4 Remake will be dropping day one on Xbox Game Pass. This wouldn’t be too surprising as Persona 3 Reload was available on Game Pass from day one of its launch at the beginning of 2024.

However, in addition to claiming P4 retold will be available on Game Pass, the leaker has also now suggested that the game will be revealed at the Xbox Showcase on June 8th. Again, a remake of P4 hasn’t been announced by Atlus, but it is heavily-rumored to be in-development.

Microsoft has just confirmed their Xbox Game Summer Showcase for June 8th. The event will see “new games from our [Microsoft’s] first party studios as well as partners from around the globe,” and Game Pass will be a prominent fixture of the event.

We hope the Persona 4 Remake does get revealed at the Xbox Games Showcase, but this is by no means official. Summer Game Fest is also happening on June 6th, so it’s possible it could be showcased there as well. We will just have to wait and see, but we are very excited.

Assuming the game gets announced, it should also be available on PlayStation and PC in addition to Xbox. It will be interesting to see if it makes the Switch 2 as P3 Reload isn’t on Switch at all.
