Microsoft has announced the development of Project Draco, an all new title coming from Grounding exclusively for Kinect for Xbox 360.

There’s a strong hint of Panzer Dragoon in the early concept art, which isn’t surprising given Panzer Dragoon director Yukio Futatsugi is in charge.

Described as an “epic 3-D flying shooter,” Project Draco will see players nurturing and learning to communicate with their dragon, developing its skills and training it as a partner in combat. You’ll then join friends on Xbox LIVE, taking to the skies together an engaging in battles.

It’ll be out in 2011.
