It’s the most wonderful time of the year. Or at least the holiday season for Overwatch, and Blizzard has announced that once again it’s bringing back its holiday themed additions to the game.

All the stuff from last year will be returning including Mei’s Snowball Fight, but there’s also some new additions including new skins for Hanzo and a spruced up version of the Black Forest arena map to join last year’s Kings Row and Hanamura holiday maps.

The featured addition will be a new mode called Mei’s Yeti Hunt, which will see five Meis take on a Yeti in the form of Winston wearing a special skin. The Winston must collect meat power-ups to enter Primal Rage mode, at which point like an Overwatch version of Pac Man he can turn the tables on the Meis and hunt them down. Whoever is still standing at the end of the round is the winner.

All this is described by game director Jeff Kaplan in the latest developer update, you can see that below. The Winter Wonderland Update goes live from December 12.
