The weather's a right scorcher in Blighty right now, so naturally Overwatch's Summer Games is making a comeback this week. Knowing our luck it'll start bucketing down with rain soon, but hey, can't complain after the blinding summer we've had so far.
Blizzard confirmed during a Tweet that the sun-soaked festivities will kick off on August 9 for its popular shooter. As always, this'll bring more opportunities to unlock extra skins, sprays, and emotes.
In addition, it's looking very likely that the footie-themed Lucio Ball will be making a comeback to boot.
At this point we don't know what type of theme that Overwatch's Summer Games will take on, having previously adopted the 2016 Olympics and beach party vibes. Expect Blizzard to reveal full details on the theme, as well as unlockable skins and other goodies, at some point this week.
For now, tuck into the teaser below.
You’ll get a kick out of this! âš½
