Blizzard has announced that Overwatch fans have helped raise an impressive $12.7 million for the charity Breast Cancer Research Foundation.
The funds were raised via the Pink Mercy skin for the popular shooter, which Blizzard launched back in May. The charity item was priced at $15, with all proceeds being donated to the BCRF. In total, the campaign raised $12,703,828 million. Nice!

Blizzard also revealed that over $10 million of the funds were raised through the skin alone, with the rest coming via the Pink Mercy limited edition t-shirts that were being flogged on Blizzard's website. Twitch streamers also played their part, donating over $130,000.
The Pink Mercy campaign ran between May 8 – 21.
