There are some new hero changes that’ve come to the Overwatch PTR for players to test out. Some of the changes are new with this update, and others have been there a little longer. New Doomfist customisation options have been shown off in the form of skins, emotes and more.

The most eye-opening is the Graviton Surge for Zarya, which now disables all movement abilities of affect targets. With this change, Zarya is now the hardest counter to all those dash-daft Tracer fans, making her nigh on unstoppable.

McCree now soft-locks onto a target affected by Flashbang, so they’re less likely to escape when stunned. There are further changes to Doomfist’s Rocket Punch, whose total distance travelled has been reduced by roughly 20% (this has been on the PTR for a while now). Reaper and Reinhardt have also seen some tweaks, though Roadhog hasn’t seen a buff in a while (although he did see a weird simultaneous buff and nerf last month that changed a lot but kept his DPS roughly the same).

Doomfist has had some customisation options added (https://dotesports.com/overwatch/doomfist-skins-ow-ptr-15841), bringing the total of unlockables for the character to 57. Amongst these unlockables, there are some new emotes, sprays, voice lines and skins, some of which have been coloured to reflect his African heritage. Of course they are. I see what you did there.
