Blizzard is teasing the return of Overwatch’s Halloween Terror this year, via. the official Overwatch Twitter account, and with a lovely Halloween poem. There’s also a very short teaser video but it features a shot of Reaper and McCree in new skins for the festivities. Halloween Terror will be running from October 10, which is just about a week away.

Last year Reaper’s look was a kind of Headless Horseman vibe, with a pumpkin for a head, whereas this year he’s definitely reading more vampire (see those little fangs, and the cravat?). McCree’s sweet ‘stume is harder to see, but definitely echoes the kind of Van Helsing look.

Halloween Terror last year was a great event, with some really amazing skins, as well as a PvE mode called Junkenstein’s Revenge, which was essentially Overwatch’s take on a horde mode. Junkenstein features briefly in the teaser video, so that mode will probably be back this year too.
