Nintendo has released sales data of all first party-published, platinum-plus titles worldwide for both Wii and Nintendo DS. On the Wii the most striking figure is that of Wii Sports with sales totalling 17,850,000. With worldwide sales of the Wii standing at 20.13 million it’s no surprise to see the bundled Wii Sports out on top, with only Japanese gamers offered the title separately at retail.

Of the none bundled/peripheral based releases it’s Super Mario Galaxy which comes out on top with worldwide sales of 5,190,000 and an attach rate of approximately one in every four sold Wii consoles.
