Sony has released a neat little application that makes custom PSP theme creation a breeze even for the most artistically lacking PSP owners.
The free tool is available direct from SCE Japan and is also fully English making it dead simple to use. Creating your custom theme is simply a case of gathering a bunch of new icons and a background and replacing those that are currently in use.
