Oddworld: Abe’s Oddysee remake New ‘n’ Tasty is coming to PC, Mac and Linux on February 25, and Xbox One and PS3 in early March, Oddworld Inhabitants has announced.

The launch of the new versions follows the game’s debut on PS4 last July with each of them featuring all of the improvements made to the game since, including ‘old school’ control settings.

The PC version will cost £15 with a 10 per cent discount available to those who pre-order. A price for the Xbox One and PS3 versions have yet to be confirmed.

Release dates for the Wii U and PS Vita versions remain unannounced but they are still in development, Oddworld assures us.

“Work continues on the Wii U and PlayStation Vita versions of Oddworld: New ‘n’ Tasty,” an Oddworld representative told VideoGamer.com.

“Converting our bespoke code, physics, highly detailed art assets and complex audio engines for the two formats from the PlayStation 4 and PC base continues to present engineering challenges relating to performance and memory, but recent progress is encouraging as we strive to make every iteration of New ‘n’ Tasty the perfect fit for the platform.

“We’ll have more to share on the remaining versions in due course.”
