Internet forums had been rife with speculation over the number of discs that The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion would require. Some people had thought the game would ship spanning four DVDs, but concerns over disc swapping are no longer warranted.
An employee of Bethesda Softworks, the development team working on the game, has made a post on the game’s official forum, stating that the game will arrive on a single DVD when released for the Xbox 360.
The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion is expected to be released for PC and Xbox 360 before the end of April 2006.
