Nintendo Europe and Capcom have announced that Zack & Wiki: Quest for Barbaros’ Treasure, a new adventure game for the Wii, and Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney, the latest in the series of popular DS courtroom drama games, will be published in Europe by Nintendo.

Zack & Wiki is a puzzle adventure that sets out to use the Wii remote in innovative ways by allowing players to interact with objects using gestures such as turning keys and playing musical instruments. Apollo Justice, out now in Japan as Gyakuten Saiban 4, is the latest in the Ace Attorney series and a break from the previous games in that it is the first developed from the ground up for the DS (previous games were ported from the GBA) and the first not to use the series’ venerable hero, Phoenix Wright.

European release dates for both games are unknown at present, but Zack & Wiki is due in the US before the end of the year.
