Nintendo will release a NX preview trailer today at 3pm BST, the platform holder announced overnight.
“Be among the first to discover #NX. Watch the Preview Trailer at 3pm UK time!” reads a Tweet from Nintendo UK.
Nintendo’s webiste adds: “Come back to http://www.nintendo.co.uk at 16:00 CEST (3pm UK time) for a first look at Nintendo’s next gaming platform, codenamed NX.
“This preview trailer will serve as Nintendo’s preliminary announcement of information regarding the platform.”
What we are actually going to be shown remains a mystery, but we’d hope to get a glimpse at the hardware itself, perhaps a few games set to launch with the system, and even its official name.
Nintendo plans to release NX in March 2017.
While you wait check out how Nintendo announced the Wii and hope for something a little different later today.
