Nintendo Switch launch line-up is lacking games

Nintendo Switch launches on March 3 will a paltry five titles available to early adopters, Nintendo has revealed.

A graphic showing the games coming in 2017 revealed day one launch titles to be The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, 1, 2, Switch, Super Bomberman R, Skylanders Imaginators and Just Dance 2017. Obviously Zelda looks great, but the line-up doesn’t inspire confidence in the system.

The rest of the 2017 games are as follows, but is obviously subject to change:

March

  • SnipperClippers: Cut It Out Together
  • Fast RMX
  • Has-Been Heroes

On 28th April:

  • Mario Kart 8 Deluxe

Spring 2017:

  • Arms
  • Disgaea 5 Complete
  • Puyo Puyo Tetris
  • Rime

Down for summer 2017 is:

  • Splatoon 2

Autumn 2017:

  • The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim

Holiday 2017:

  • Super Mario Odyssey

At some point in 2017:

  • Xenoblade Chronicles 2
  • Ultra Street Fighter 2 The Final Challenge
  • Minecraft
  • EA Sports FIFA
  • Sonic Mania
  • I Am Setsuna
  • Steep
  • Syberia 3
  • NBA 2K18
  • Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2
