As is the way when a new console is around the proverbial corner, rabid fans around the world love to indulge in creating fake designs. Some are horribly poor, but some are admittedly better than the actual console when released, and show some imagination.

The latest mock-ups, this time of the Nintendo Revolution, come to us courtesy of Aussie-Nintendo.com, and they don’t look half bad. The pictures come accompanied with some notes on the various slots, and to be fair do seem to incorporate some of the features people expect from the Revolution, such as a gyro-sensor, grip pads and a touch-sensitive control pad. They are undoubtedly fake, of course, but at least somebody has taken the time to think things out.

Much like with the PS3 and Xbox 360, full details will surface around E3 (well, just before in the case of the Xbox 360), and we hope to bring you coverage as and when it happens.
