Nintendo Pocket Football Club will be released on the eShop for 3DS on April 17, Nintendo has announced.

The game is based on the 2006 Japanese-only release of the same name, and places players in charge of their very own football club. As the boss you’ll have to make decisions ranging from how to best train a squad to scouting new players.

Help players progress and fulfil their potential with the help of training cards, and unlock special card combos to boost their stats even further.

It will also be possible to share players with friends to help strengthen each other’s line-up.

No price has been announced.
