The planned unveiling of Epic Games’ next title on US talk show Late Night with Jimmy Fallon has been rescheduled to Monday night.

But fear not, Epic fans. Gears of War main man Cliff Bleszinski, who was due on the show for the big unveiling, has teased: “You’ll like what you see.”

Some have suggested US teen sensation Justin Bieber, who has been drafted in to replace Bleszinski, is to blame.

But the Epic design director refuted those accusations.

Bleszinski tweeted: “As much as I’d like to start a fight with @justinbieber the truth of the matter is that we wanted to take a couple more days to polish what we’re showing. Sorry all, appreciate your patience!”

He added: “Unfortunately, 11th hour decisions do happen in entertainment. (You’ll like what you see.)”

Little is known about the soon to be revealed game, although we can assume it will be an Xbox 360 title after Fallon told fans to “set their Xboxes” for the reveal.

Speculation is mounting that the game will be Gears of War 3. Fingers crossed!
