Major Nelson has released a list of new content appearing on Xbox Live Marketplace today. If you missed previous news, today is the first of a series of updates scheduled to take place over the duration of the Tokyo Game Show and X06, in a promotion Microsoft has dubbed ‘Bringing it Home’.

New trailers for Tenchu Senran and Half-Life 2 – Episode 2 should be available, with Japanese Xbox Live members also given access to trailers for DOA X2 (E3) and Project Sylpheed. Also for Japan only is a playable demo for Tenchu Senran.

New content in the form of two new map packs has been released for Battle for Middle-earth II. Map Pack 1 – Aragorn’s Journey is free (only up until Sep 29) and Map Pack 2 – Northern Badlands will set you back 350 Microsoft points.

Xbox Live Arcade will also see a number of new updates to existing titles enabling support for the new Xbox Live Vision camera. Games gaining support are Spades, Hearts, Backgammon and Bankshot Billiards 2. A Tokyo Game Show Picture Pack has also been added to Marketplace.

Later today also look out for a 5-minute video featuring the TGS press briefing.
