MCV reports that Nintendo is preparing a new Wii hardware bundle for release in the UK, replacing the current SKU that has remained since the console’s launch in December 2006.
According to a retail source the new SKU will feature the Wii Console, a Wii Remote, Nunchuck, Wii MotionPlus accessory, Wii Sports and Wii Sports Resort.
The source also believes the new bundle will enable Nintendo to maintain the current retail price. Nintendo is shortly expected to announce a price cut for the console in North America and Japan.
