Although still unofficial, a few recent leaks have given players a look at the next Valorant bundle called Aperture, which will include a knife skin that may be familiar to CS:GO / CS2 players. The Stiletto Knife, a deadly, slender dagger, will reportedly be arriving alongside four other steampunk-like weapon skins for the Phantom, Bulldog, Ghost, and Outlaw as part of the set.

At least, that’s according to an X (formerly Twitter) post from Valorant News, which includes an image of all five items arranged neatly, displaying each one’s unique design. In addition, a recent teaser video from RNG RYU Gaming gives an even closer look at each cosmetic. Unfortunately, based on the short clip, neither the Stiletto Knife nor the weapon skins appear to have any additional effects.

The price for the Valorant Aperture bundle also remains unclear at this point. Though if it’s anything like previous sets, you can probably expect it to cost anywhere from 3,500 to 5,100 Valorant Points (around $35 to $50). But since Riot Games hasn’t officially announced this bundle yet, you’ll need to take this information with a grain of salt since these leaks may have left out some details or skimmed over a few design features.

Despite the Aperture bundle’s sleek overall look, many in the Valorant community aren’t convinced it’s a must-buy. Since most people, especially long-time players, already have much fancier animated cosmetics in their arsenal, the relatively simple design of these new skins wouldn’t be enough to unseat the flashiness of, say, the Prelude to Chaos Vandal or the Spectrum Phantom. But if you’re a new player, you could do a lot worse than this set. Just make sure not to go crazy on the microtransactions.
