Capcom has let fly eight new Street Fighter 4 screens which appear to confirm that super cancels will feature in the hotly anticipated fighting game.
If you watch them all in the right order, a bit like drawling little pictures in the corner of your notepad and flicking through them really quickly, you’ll see what looks like Ryu performing a three-hit combo with a cancelled fireball thrown in the middle before he unleashes a super fireball.
Ryu jumps in with what looks like a hard kick, follows it up with what looks like a low mid, fakes with a fireball and then hits with a super fireball.
This super cancel speculation is just that of course – we don’t know what frames have been included or left out in the overall string. Here’s hoping though. We love faking out our opponents in fighting games. Really messes with their heads.
Hopefully all will be revealed soon enough. As well as a release date. Oh, and while you’re at it Capcom, why not let us know what platforms the game will be coming out on?
