Rockstar Games has polished off a new Red Dead Redemption 2 trailer, offering another glimpse at the game in action.

This time around, we're treated to a look at how the Dead Eye system has evolved, along with some of the 'nefarious' activities you can take part in, such as heists, robbing trains, breaking into homes, and much more.

We're also shown Red Dead 2 running in first-person mode, as well as cinematic perspectives that afford some stunning views.

Red Dead Redemption 2 is scheduled for release on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on October 26. The western-themed adventurer is a prequel to John Marston's epic 2010 cowboy romp, and sees players hopping into the boots of Arthur Morgan, a member of the notorious Van der Linde gang.

Rockstar's also beavering away on a dedicated multiplayer offering, known as Red Dead Online, which will roll out in beta form in November. Red Dead 2 will take up quite a lot of space on your console, so maybe it's best to have a bit of a spring clean before you get it, eh?
