Microsoft has announced that it will be launching a new Kinect bundle, which will be arriving in stores as soon as next week.
The updated bundle will still include Kinect Adventures – keeping an RRP of £132.76 – but will now also include a download code for Child of Eden.
“This bundle will be available in limited quantities and while supplies last so be sure to look for the special packaging to make sure you’re getting Child of Eden!” said Microsoft’s Major Nelson.
Child of Eden received a warm reception from critics for its integration of Kinect technology. In our Child of Eden review, I said:
“For eight months the tech has served as little more than a gimmick for sports compendiums and dance games. With Mizuguchi’s passion to spur the medium on to ‘sense-o-rama’behind it, however, waving your arms about in front of the TV becomes something much more interesting.”
