The latest iPad sold three million units in three days, Apple has revealed.
That’s, like, one million iPads a day! The new iPad is currently on sale in the UK, Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, Puerto Rico, Singapore, Switzerland and some place you’ve probably never heard of called the US.
“The new iPad is a blockbuster with three million sold – the strongest iPad launch yet,” said Apple senior vice president of worldwide marketing Philip Schiller, probably with a smug grin on his big rich face.
“We can’t wait to get it into the hands of even more customers around the world this Friday,” continued Schiller, his eyes probably turning into dollar signs while saying that.
