Two new Halo books, including one which promises to bring together Halo canon from all forms of media for the first time, have been announced by Egmont Publishing.
Halo Mythos: A Guide to the Story of Halo will publish in October 2016, claiming to be a comprehensive, authoritative guide to the story of the Halo universe. The book is written in collaboration with 343 Industries and incorporates the entirety of the Halo canon from games, books, comics, live action and animated entertainment.
In addition to bringing together all the canon for the first time, the book will feature specially commissioned illustrations.
Sue Allan, publishing director at Egmont Publishing UK said: “We are absolutely thrilled to be bringing the whole canon of the Halo universe to market in this beautiful book. With over 50 pieces of commissioned artwork, these books will be a real treat for all fans of the Halo franchise, whether they are new to the game or long-standing fans.”
Halo Mythos: A Guide to the Story of Halo will publish in hardback in the UK in October 2016 for £20. A second book will follow a year later.
