Microsoft has announced the release of the latest Gears of War title update, which adds eight new Achievements to earn by playing the Annex gametype and the new maps included in the Hidden Fronts Multiplayer Map Pack. In total these eight new Achievements will offer 250 Gamerscore Points.
The title update also does some general housekeeping, blocks off some multiplayer exploits and implements an improved Roadie Run – said to offer players greater control of their movement.
The Annex gametype is free, but if you want the Achievements relating to the new maps then you’ll either have to wait until September 3 when the Hidden Fronts Map Pack is released for free, or part with 800 Microsoft Points and buy the content now.
