A teaser website for the first game from Prope, the studio founded by Sonic creator Yuji Naka, has gone live and informs that the new title will be revealed in 17 days. The site had earlier indicated the reveal would be in ten days time, but has since changed the countdown to 17 days.
We know nothing about the title, other than an intriguing message on the teaser site which states: “World first, the game that even penguins can play.” The website also features a flapping penguin stood in front of a blurred television screen – presumably showing images of the new title.
Given that penguins would most likely struggle to hold a controller, we’re guessing the new game will utilise the Wii Balance Board. Expect more info in 17 days.
