This new module gives players a vast update to the original DDO game, containing a wealth of new content and new features. The Demon Sands enables players to face-off against one another in action-packed PvP tournaments and brawls, plus ads all-new monsters and traps which can be found in the dungeons beneath the city of Stormreach.
In order to combat these new perils, Players will now be able to earn more levels (level cap increased by 10), and discover new spells, feats, abilities, weapons and treasures. Players will also be able to enter the game’s new auction houses and sell off unwanted items and treasure.
“When the dev team told me that they wanted to build outdoor landscapes, PvP combat, more levels, and auction houses – all in one module – I was surprised to say the least,” said Jeffrey Anderson, president and CEO of Turbine, Inc. “But they pulled it off and the result is just amazing.“
