Epic Games vice president Mark Rein has revealed that the next Gears of War update will include some new Achievements which tie into the Annex and Hidden Forts downloadable content.
Posting on the official Gears of War forum, Rein said that there is no release date just yet, but things are “coming along nicely“.
The update will also implement improvements to the roadie run, which should solve some of the problems Gears players have been having – specifically being sucked into cover when the don’t want to be.
Rein also notes that the update will feature the usual “exploit squashing and the ever-popular “general housekeeping”“.
