The Need for Speed movie has only recently been confirmed, but it’s already got a release date. The film is set for a US release on February 7, 2014, according to Deadline.
Dreamworks has Act of Valor co-director Scott Waugh set to direct the car film, while George and John Gatins are developing the story and script.
Need for Speed made a dazzling return to form in 2010’s Need for Speed Hot Pursuit, and developer Criterion is set to release Most Wanted in November this year.
