EA has announced that the next instalment in its NBA Live series is coming to Xbox 360, Xbox, PlayStation 2, PSP, PC, and PlayStation 3 this fall. The press release also notes that the game will “be one of the EA Sports titles available at launch of the PS3 entertainment system.“
EA was a strong supporter of the Xbox 360 launch, with Tiger Woods, Madden, FIFA, and NBA all arriving on day one. No other EA Sports PlayStation 3 launch titles have been announced, but it would come as no great surprise to see Madden, Tiger Woods and FIFA joining NBA Live at launch. A new version of Fight Night is also on the cards.
Full details of EA Sports’ PlayStation 3 launch line-up will no doubt be made a little closer to the console’s release.
