Atari has today confirmed the February 2008 release of Namco Museum DS, a compilation of timeless classics plus the much sought after Pac-Man VS – previously only available bundled with a handful of GameCube titles.
Players will have a selection of eight games to play through, including Pac-Man, Pac-Man VS., Galaga, Xevious, Dig Dug II, Galaxian, Mappy, and The Tower of Druaga.
Also included is Pac-Man VS., a new take on Pac-Man featuring four-player wireless battles in which one player takes on the role of Pac-Man with the others taking control of Ghosts. Atari is also promising that only one copy of the game will be required for up to four players to compete.
