MotoGP 15 has suffered a one-week delay in the UK, publisher PQube has confirmed.

The game will now release on PS4, Xbox One, Xbox 360, PS3 and PC on June 24, having previously been scheduled for June 19. A reason for the game’s delay has not been disclosed.

Developed by Milestone, this year’s superbike racer promises to deliver a “highly realistic riding system” to “allow for full immersion in the world of the MotoGP”, and an enhanced career mode.

It also introduces a new virtual currency used to purchase customisations for your bike, rider and team. Whether that also means microtransactions, however, has yet to be confirmed…
