Milestone has announced MotoGP 15, the next entry in the motorbike racing series heading to PS4, PS3, Xbox One, Xbox 360 and PC in June.

This year’s game promises to include extensive bike, rider and team customisation, introducing a new virtual currency called ‘GP Credits’ that lets players purchase over 100 new accessories.

Milestone promises that GP Credits can be earned in “any race mode, online and offline”, although it isn’t yet clear whether they can also be purchased using real world cash. I’d guess they will be.

An enhanced career mode featuring the new customisation is also due to be included, letting players live the career of an up and coming MotoGP racer, negotiating sponsorships and choosing which team to race with. Every team, rider and bike from the 2015 season will feature, along with “Real Events” from last year’s 2014 season.

And finally, a new ‘Beat the Time’ mode tasks players with setting records on a specific circuit using a specific bike.
