Although the game hasn’t exactly set the world of gaming alight, it looks like Ubisoft will be continuing the series in one way or another.
A job posting (in French) reveals that Ubisoft is seeking a game designer to help continue the Red Steel series. Obviously this could mean a sequel or perhaps a port of the game to current or next-gen platforms.
So far, there’s been no comment from Ubisoft. UK gamers can experience the highs and lows of Red Steel when it goes on sale alongside the Wii on December 8.
Update: Either we’re going mad or the mention of Red Steel has now been removed from the advert.
