Ali, MeeMee, GonGon, and Baby are back in Monkey Ball Touch & Roll, exclusively for the DS, featuring an all new control system using the DS’s touch screen. The game will feature 10 worlds and over 50 stages in single-player Challenge Mode. You will have the option to roll the monkey ball around with the stylus or, should you be that way inclined, the d-pad. If the Challenge Mode is proving too difficult then you can enter the Practice Mode and figure out what you’ve been doing wrong.
“Super Monkey Ball Touch & Roll offers bite-sized gameplay that’s perfect for handheld gaming,” said Scott A. Steinberg, Vice President of Marketing, SEGA of America. “The Nintendo DS touch screen allows for fluid, pin-point control, making this an ideal platform for the series.“
The game also features six games in Party Mode, playable on your own or in wireless multiplayer. You have Monkey Race, Monkey Fight, Monkey Mini Golf, Monkey Bowling, and exclusively for the DS are Monkey Hockey and Monkey Wars. Super Monkey Ball Touch & Roll is currently scheduled for a March 2006 release.
