EA has confirmed to VideoGamer.com that upcoming parkour-inspired first person game Mirror’s Edge is still coming out on Xbox 360 and PC, despite a report today on the UK-based semi-official blog ThreeSpeech that claimed it was PS3-exclusive.

The report, published today, read: “Another intriguing-looking PS3 exclusive that we had not seen before is Electronic Arts’ Mirror’s Edge, a futuristic effort in which you play an information-conveying runner called Faith. Essentially, the gameplay is reminiscent of the building-hopping sport parkour – you run from rooftop to rooftop, clambering up and down all sorts of items. Mirror’s Edge is visually stunning, with super high-def, crisp look, and it’s definitely one to keep an eye out for.”

Thankfully for Xbox 360 and PC owners, it seems to have been an innocent error on the part of ThreeSpeech, so no need to panic. Why not have a gander at the brand new Mirror’s Edge trailer while you’re calming down? It’s really rather good.
