EA has announced that a playable demo of DICE’s Mirror’s Edge will be available to download from the PlayStation Store today, and from Xbox LIVE Marketplace on October 31.
The demo will feature the prologue of the game, a tutorial and a segment of the single-player story mode. Additionally, players who pre-order the game at selected retailers will receive an unlock code for exclusive access to the Time Trial mode.
Mirror’s Edge is shaping up to be a game of the year contender and will be available in the UK on November 14 for PS3 and Xbox 360. A PC version will follow at a later date.
