A playable trial of Mirror’s Edge Catalyst is now available to download on EA Access. A trial on Origin Access is due to follow at some point in the next 24 hours.
The trial gives subscribers access to 10 missions split across two districts, along with the game’s ‘Social Play’ features. You’ll only be able to play it for a total of 6 hours, however, somewhat less than the 10-hour trials typically offered by Access.
To maximise your play time, make sure you quit the trial each time you finish playing, rather than keeping the game suspended: the clock will continue to count down for as long as the game is open.
A subscription to EA/Origin Access costs £3.99 a month, with an annual £19.99 option available exclusively on Xbox One. Subscribers can also get 10% off the cost of a digital copy of the full game.
Mirror’s Edge Catalyst launches in full next Thursday, June 9 on PS4, Xbox One and PC.
