Minecraft: Xbox One Edition is getting a new physical edition with bonus DLC

A new physical version of Minecraft: Xbox One Edition featuring seven of the game’s best-selling add-on packs is heading to retail next month, Microsoft has announced.

Available in Australia and New Zealand from June 7 and the rest of the world from June 21, the Minecraft: Xbox One Edition Favourites Pack bundles in a physical copy of the game with seven DLCs for $29.99 USD. The packs are said to introduce over 120 character skins, five texture packs and two world-changing mash-ups.

A UK price for the Favourites Pack’s physical release has yet to be announced, but it’s available digitally now for £23.99. [UPDATE: The game will cost £19.99 in the UK, Microsoft says, £4 less than the digital SKU.]
