A March update for Minecraft will enable Realms subscribers to access mini-game versions of popular maps, Mojang has revealed.

Available maps will include FVDisco’s Cake Defense 2, SethBling’s Blocks vs Zombies and Autospleef, Hypixel’s The Walls and Dragnoz’s Dash of Doom.

“The most important thing is if I’m ending the mini game, it will restore my Realm exactly as I left it,” said Mojang’s Jens Bergensten.

Minecraft Realms is currently restricted to players and Sweden and Minecon attendees, but with expansion to other territories planned for “as soon as possible”.

In other Minecraft news, the Pocket Edition is getting a pretty big update to enable larger worlds.

“We’re working on restructuring a lot of code to allow significantly  bigger worlds in future updates,” wrote Daniel Kaplan. “We’re also updating the AI, inventory, and a bunch of other things. Unfortunately we don’t have a release date yet, but so far, everything is going to plan.”
