Minecraft: Pocket Edition has now sold over 21 million copies across mobile platforms, Mojang has announced.
“We’re extremely grateful to all players for your dedication and creativity,” wrote Mojang’s Owen Hill. “Without that, Minecraft wouldn’t be anywhere near as significant as it is today.”
In celebration of the humongous sales milestone, Minecraft: Pocket Edition developers Johan, Tommaso and Jens will appear in a panel broadcast live from the Mojang office on Monday.
The topic of discussion will be determined by fans who post questions to this Reddit thread. The time of the stream will be announced soon.
Recently it was confirmed that Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition had sold 12 million copies.
