Koch Media and history specialist Slitherine have announced the Q1 2009 release of Military History Commander Europe at War for Nintendo DS, PSP and PC.

Commander Europe at War is a turn-based strategy game set during World War II and sees players take command of either the Axis powers or the Allied forces and must make decisions relating to recruitment, reconnaissance and diplomacy.

The game will feature six epic scenarios, including Operation Barbarossa and D-Day and will be enhanced with in-game artwork from Osprey Publishing, a leading publisher of military history books.

PC gamers can expect a host of enhancements, including six additional quick play multiplayer scenarios and improved AI.

Military History Commander Europe at War is scheduled for release in Q1 2009 for Nintendo DS, PSP and PC.
