Windows Central have some new images from a private demonstration of how games will look on Project Scorpio at 4k and 1080p.

If you hit the link you’ll see that Microsoft ran some comparisons with tech demos. The first shows a scientist in a steampunk lab. The images show the difference between a close up on her face at 1080p on the Xbox One, and at 4k and HD on Project Scorpio. On Project Scorpio you can see finer details around her eyes and mouth, and a scar on her forehead.

The other tech demo is a rendering of a ladybird beetle (we will never, at any point, refer to this as a ladybug). Using all of its six teraflops of power, Project Scorpio is able to add enhancements to the beetle, with improved textures and additional details like hairs on the beetle’s little creepy-crawly legs.

These support what we’ve already been told of Project Scorpio: people with 4K TVs will get the most benefit, but there will be improvements on standard HD too.
