Gamers are being asked to help name Microsoft’s new marketplace for its Games for Windows – LIVE service. As with the Xbox LIVE Marketplace, the forthcoming stand-alone client will offer the chance to download demos, trailers and other DLC.
A blog posting from Xbox community manager Chris Paladino asks visitors to choose from six potential titles. The presented options are:
“Games for Windows – LIVE Dashboard”
“Games for Windows – LIVE Portal”
“Games for Windows – LIVE Marketplace”
“Games for Windows – LIVE Guide”
“Games for Windows – LIVE Client”
Or the plain-vanilla “Games for Windows – LIVE”
There’s also a box in which you put forward your own suggestion for consideration. We doubt that Microsoft will go with our personal preference: “Games for Windows – LIVE Aroused Baboon.”
You’ll find the poll here.
