Michael Jackson The Experience has sold over two million copies since its launch on Wii, PSP and DS in November 2010, publisher Ubisoft has said.

According to internal estimates, 90 per cent of sales came on Wii and this version is expected to exceed two million copies on its own next week.

The game is far from done shifting copies, with PlayStation Move and Kinect for Xbox 360 compatible versions set to launch in Europe on April 14.

Ubisoft has quickly become a leader in the dance video game market, following the success of the Just Dance franchise with another major hit. Given the popularity of Dance Central on Kinect, we also expect Michael Jackson The Experience to perform well on the platform.
