The Mass Effect series is full of amazing characters and worlds combined with a stellar narrative, but have you ever wanted to be the Normandy’s personal PowerWasher? If you’re thinking yes, then you’re not alone as a number of Mass Effect fans have been calling for a Mass Effect and PowerWash Simulator DLC collaboration.

PowerWash Simulator is the perfect game for players that, like us, spend most of their time on TikTok watching pool restoration or other massive cleaning project videos. Combine that with the vehicles on Mass Effect and we’re sold. One Mass Effect fan took to the game’s Reddit to post the below edit saying they, “desperately want a collab” with the FuturLab’s developed PowerWash game. The poster invited fans to think about what it would be like to clean a number of Mass Effect vehicles such as the Mako, Hammerhead or even the Normandy itself. Although, we imagine cleaning the entire Normandy exterior would take a good few days.

Other players were absolutely on board with the idea after it was propositioned with one player saying, “I never knew how much I wanted to power wash the entire interior and exterior of the Normandy until now.” However, some shuddered at the idea of being the poor soul who is left to clean Commander Shepard’s equipment and vehicles after a mission. Needless to say, the Mass Effect community seems to be totally on board with a PowerWash Simulator and Mass Effect collaboration. The PowerWash Simulator collaborations don’t seem to be limited to Square Enix games either as their most recent collaboration was with Spongebob so there’s definitely potential for this dream to become reality, however slim.

One thing we would like to petition if this becomes reality is that before every cleaning job begins in this hypothetical DLC, Commander Shepard should walk timidly out of each vehicle, knowing full well it’s filthy, and say “I should go,” before handing it over to the player to clean up. That would be perfect. In other gaming news, Overwatch 2 players can’t wait for this hero to get nerfed and Diablo 4 fans say doing this strange task leads to better loot.
