EA Access and Origin Access subscribers will be eligible to play the next instalment in BioWare’s upcoming space-based RPG, Mass Effect, a week before it launches on March 16.

A 10 hour trial of Mass Effect: Andromeda will be playable on both of EA’s Access services available on Xbox One and PC, five days before the game launches in the US and an entire week before it is is available in Europe. You won’t lose any progress you make in the trial once the game is released as your save will carry over.

As EA Access is only available on Xbox One and Origin Access is the publisher’s PC-only subscription service, PlayStation 4 owners won’t be able to play the game early and will have to wait until the game launches on March 21 in the US and March 23 in Europe.Â
