Sony’s Hong Kong website has jumped the gun on detailing the contents of the latest Mass Effect 3 multiplayer DLC.
The pack, titled Rebellion, contains two new maps, three new weapons and six new classes. There’s also new consumables, too, because everyone loves consumption.
One of the new classes is the Vorcha. The Vorcha? I wasn’t aware Shepard managed to get the Vorcha onboard for Mass Effect 3, but he must have done so well done him/her.
The Rebellion DLC has been rumoured for a few weeks but is yet to be officially confirmed by BioWare and EA. Sony has since removed the page, which stated the content would be out today in Asia.
The text, in full:
“The Rebellion Multiplayer Expansion opens two new fronts against the Reapers: Firebase Jade’s jungle reservoir and Firebase Goddess on Thessia. In-game reinforcement packs now include three new weapons as well as equipment, consumables, and six new classes: Quarian Engineer and Infiltrator, Vorcha Soldier and Sentinel, Phoenix Adept and Vanguard.”
