A new Marvel Rivals map is coming to the game this week, two weeks after the start of Season 4. The developers are adding a new location for everyone to enjoy, and it’s a brand new setting that will bring a lot of unique moments and fights. The new map is called K’un-Lun: Heart of Heaven, and is a massive addition to the game.
NetEase has already showcased the design of the map, and its release date was revealed with the Season 4 roadmap earlier this month.
When will Marvel Rivals get a new map?
The new map is set to arrive on Thursday, September 25, at 9 AM UTC. Judging by the video released by NetEase, the map is relatively bright and seems to have a lot of verticality, which should put certain heroes at an advantage.
The homeland of Iron Fist has received positive reviews by the community so far, with many players praising its bright and sunny design. The Marvel Rivals art team has certainly done a great job, and we can’t wait to finally try the new map out.
The K’un-Lun: Heart of Heaven map is not just a new location, it also has a lot of hidden secrets and details that players have spotted in the trailer. The map has a mural that shows several prominent characters and possibly content that will come in the future. This content includes new characters, as well as new costumes for the current lineup.
Besides the new map, the upcoming Marvel Rivals update will add a new Hela skin called The Grim Lady. According to leaks, this will be a Legendary skin, and it will come to the in-game store on Thursday night, costing 2200 Units.
